GET/v1/vessels/{mmsi}/calls1 credit per call

A vessel's calls: the anchorage she waited at, the terminal she lay at, the waiting time and the time alongside, with a cargo_estimate from the change in her reported draught: tonnes loaded or discharged with a likely range. An estimate, never a cargo figure: bunkers, ballast and trim change the draught too and the crew types it in. Short stops alongside and stops in locks are not counted as calls. Each call has a call_id for its AIS call timeline. The figures in the example are illustrative.
