GET/v1/ports/{locode}/bunkering5 credits

Bunker deliveries inferred from positions: which barge lay alongside which vessel, where (terminal or anchorage by name), when and how long. Each delivery carries a confidence: how sure we are that the craft is a bunker barge. Quantities are not known from AIS. The figures in the example are illustrative.
