Check a planned route leg by leg against land, depth (draught plus under-keel clearance), sea room and traffic separation schemes, with plain-language warnings.

Parameters

Name	Description
`via`required lat,lon;lat,lon;…	2 to 400 points.
`length, draught, beam` metres	The vessel.
`ukc` metres	Under-keel clearance. Default 15 % of draught plus 1 m.
