Vessels in an area

GET/v1/vessels1 credit per vessel

Live vessels inside a box as GeoJSON, each with its source and the credit it needs. Only vessels whose position comes from a source we may pass on so an area answer has vessels in the areas on the Coverage page.

Parameters

NameDescription
bboxrequired
min_lat,min_lon,max_lat,max_lon		The area. Up to 1 square degree on the free API allowance, 4 on Plus, 25 on Pro and 100 on Scale.
max_age
duration		90m, 24h or 7d. Default 24h.
type
integer		ITU ship type; a code ending in 0 matches its decade (80 = all tankers).
min_sog
knots		Only vessels at or above this speed.
limit
integer		The newest this many, 1 to 5000. Only the vessels sent are paid for and truncated says whether more were left out. Without it the whole area.
